Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. What we sell

RightAIChoice sells review speed and visibility reporting — never listing placement, rankings, scores, or editorial outcomes. Paid and free submissions are treated identically in all rankings and recommendations. Every paid service funds the continuous re-verification of listing data across our catalog.

2. RAC Verified (one-time fee)

The RAC Verified fee buys a written editorial decision within 48 hours. It never buys the decision itself. Accordingly:

• If your submission is rejected, your payment is refunded in full, automatically — no request needed. The refund is issued to your original payment method when the rejection is recorded, and typically appears within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
• If your submission is approved, the service (a decision within 48 hours) has been delivered and the fee is not refundable.
• If we fail to deliver a decision within 48 hours of payment, contact us and we will refund the fee in full while your submission continues in review.

3. AI Visibility Report (subscription)

• Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing cycle. You keep receiving reports until the cycle ends.
• Partial-month refunds are not provided on renewal charges.
• If a first charge was made in error, or no report was delivered in your first billing cycle, contact us within 14 days for a full refund of that charge.
• One-time Deep Reports are refundable in full if not delivered within 24 hours.

4. How refunds are issued

All refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Razorpay). Automatic refunds (rejected RAC Verified reviews) require no action from you. For anything else, email support@rightaichoice.com with the email address used at checkout — we respond within 2 business days.

5. Currency and taxes

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars, wherever you are. Refunds are issued in US dollars to the original payment method; your bank's exchange rate may cause small differences on non-USD cards.
