When both are in place, the payoff is real: prompts typed in a QQ group come back as images, and because the plugin forwards parameters rather than hiding them, you can tune steps, sampler, CFG scale, dimensions, and negative prompts to get consistent results with your own checkpoint. The Chinese-language prompt handling is a thoughtful touch—auto-translation through the Baidu Translate API or a local dictionary means group members don't need to write English prompts, which matters a lot for the QQ-group audience this is built for. Batch generation is useful for contests or events where you want a spread of options from one prompt. The weak points are all boundaries of the approach. You need a running Stable Diffusion API endpoint, local or remote, and if that endpoint is down or the API changes, the plugin stops working. You need the Yunzai framework and a Node.js environment, so non-technical admins are out. There is no built-in model hosting and no separate web interface—everything routes through the chat client. And while the docs site lists a whole family of plugins by the same author (MJ-PLUGIN, NAI-PLUGIN, GPTI-PLUGIN, VITS-PLUGIN, and others), AP Plugin stays narrow: it is deliberately the Stable Diffusion option, with model flexibility as its differentiator. Treat it as infrastructure you install once and maintain, and it does its job well. Treat it as a turnkey AI art app and you will be disappointed.
