On the downside, Bürokratt is still in beta; not all departments have agents, so coverage is patchy. You must have an Estonian eID (physical card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID) to use most services, which locks out tourists or non-residents. The interface is chat-based, which may frustrate users who prefer web forms or phone support.
