Where it falls down is exactly where the site says it does. There is no review layer, no validated clinical logic, no triage thresholds, and no accountability structure behind the output. The response is generated by a general-purpose language model, and the page itself frames it as a test of what that model outputs in certain scenarios rather than a clinical assessment. You also get no persistent record, no account, and no way to track a symptom over time. For a curious student or a researcher studying how AI handles medical narratives, those are acceptable trade-offs. For anyone with an actual health concern, they are disqualifying, and the tool says so itself. The practical stance: treat it as a live demo of AI in healthcare, run a few deliberately strange inputs through it, and read the output critically. Do not put real personal health data into it, since there is no account layer or stated handling practice for what you type, and do not use it to decide whether a symptom is serious. If you want a symptom tool you can act on, this is the wrong category of product entirely.
