That's a strong value proposition for anyone who values privacy above all. When to pick it: You have a decent GPU, you care deeply about data privacy, and you want unlimited, free AI character chat. It's a sandbox for creative writing, role-playing, or just exploring local AI without commitment. When to pass: You don't have a compatible GPU, you need mobile or desktop apps, or you want a polished, stable product. The alpha status means bugs and limited features. Also, if you need cloud sync or multi-device access, look elsewhere. Compared to Character.AI or Replika, Wiz.chat loses on convenience, polish, and model sophistication, but wins on privacy and cost.
