JungleAI does one thing well: generating really good multiple-choice questions from your study materials. The quality scores on their site show a clear edge over competitors in plausible wrong answers, which is what makes practice tests useful. For med students grinding through dense slides, that alone justifies the price. But the free tier gives you just three generations per month on 30-page docs — barely enough to test it. The Super Learner plan at $9.99/month yearly is reasonable, but if you don't need Anki export or unlimited video, you may find similar value in Quizlet Plus ($35.99/year) with broader content. Jungle's focus on medical content is both a strength and a weakness: the blog is full of USMLE guides, but K-12 or humanities students will feel underserved. Image occlusion and case questions are nice for anatomy and clinical scenarios. One caveat: Jungle is web-only, no mobile app, so studying on the go requires a browser. Also, the 'grows trees' gamification is cute but won't replace discipline. If you're a pre-med or vet student who learns by quizzing, Jungle is a solid buy. Otherwise, pass.
