It replaces the web of tools (Asana, Slack, Google Docs, Loom) with a single canvas where you design a 'blueprint': a flowchart of nodes (tasks, gates, approvals, deliverables) that becomes the live project. Approvals, revisions, and handoffs happen inside the flow with a timestamped audit trail. Key features include AI brief intake (paste a messy email, get a structured blueprint with owners and deadlines), gate nodes that require conditions (all/any/X-of-Y) to unlock phases, approval nodes with audit trails, and a branded client portal that shows progress and deliverables without exposing internal mess. Automations (webhooks, Slack/Discord notifications, pulse emails) live inside the canvas—no separate settings page. Project insights surface six health signals (progress, timeline, budget, revisions, approvals, client signals) directly from the canvas. Real-time collaboration, file sharing, blueprint templates, and a Kanban view toggle are included on all paid plans.
