The Chrome extension now auto-records Google Meet without any bot (a huge privacy plus), and you can record phone calls directly on the app. The 30+ templates — from SWOT to study notes to resumes — save time, and the AI-powered flashcard and quiz generation is a standout for students. But it's not perfect. Real-time transcription minutes are capped per plan (1200 minutes on Pro and Plus), which may not be enough for heavy meeting users. The Unlimited plan at $15.83/month removes that cap, but at that price you're close to Otter's business tier. Also, deeper integrations with CRM or project management tools are limited to the Teams plan. For teams needing advanced admin controls and CRM, the Teams plan (currently $15/seat/month) is competitive. If you need deep Salesforce or HubSpot integration, look elsewhere. But if you want one app to capture, summarize, and repurpose every type of content, HyNote is hard to beat.
