Where it bites: the AI intelligence quotas per day can feel constraining if you're a heavy user on the lower tiers—Business gives 150-300 requests, while Max gives 6x that. Also, it's cloud-only; no offline mode. We'd reach for this when email is your primary communication hub and you need to parse volumes of threads, follow-ups, and attachments.
