But hit the pricing page and you’ll notice the free tier is limited to 10 users and 2GB storage, which may squeeze growing teams. The Pro plan at $5/user/yearly is competitively priced, especially against ClickUp at $144/year or Jira at $170/year. Where Vaiz stumbles is mobility: no native mobile app, no desktop app — everything is browser-only. That’s a dealbreaker for field workers or anyone who commutes offline. Also, there’s no Notion-style database or advanced time tracking. If your team lives in Slack and Google Drive, Vaiz’s import tools (from Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion) can bring existing data, but the lack of deep third-party integrations beyond Slack, GitHub, GitLab, and Zapier may frustrate power-users.
