Where it shines is the breadth of tools: you get a PDF editor, converter, e-signature, and cloud sync all in one place, with a free tier that doesn't force a subscription. The AI tools, however, come with daily usage limits—even on Pro+. If you're a heavy AI user, you'll hit the cap by mid-day. There's no real-time collaboration, so it's not a replacement for Google Workspace or Office 365 for teams. Compared to Microsoft Office for iOS, WPS offers more features in the free version (like PDF editing) and its AI is more accessible, but Office 365's subscription is deeply integrated into the Microsoft ecosystem.
