We haven't seen many meeting tools offer this level of integration. **Weaknesses** The free tier is limited to 3 hours of transcription per month—that's roughly two to three average meetings. Heavier users will quickly hit the cap. More importantly, paid plans require you to contact sales, which is a friction point if you prefer self-serve pricing like Otter or Fireflies offer. There's no public price list for Pro or Business tiers. MeetGeek does not provide real-time live captioning during meetings—it's a post-meeting transcription tool. If you need live captions for accessibility or immediate feedback, you'll want a different tool. There's also no on-premise deployment option, so it won't suit organizations with strict data-residency requirements that can't be met by EU or US cloud hosting. **Where it fits** MeetGeek is ideal for sales teams, customer success, and hybrid work environments where meeting types vary.
