That restraint makes it easy to explain to someone who has bounced off HubSpot. Pick it when you want reminders and light conversational help. Pass when your actual bottleneck is data entry: Touchbase is a manual-logging tool. Nothing on the site claims calendar sync, email parsing, or inbox scanning, so if you expect it to learn about your relationships on its own, you'll be doing the work anyway. The closest alternative in practice is your phone's reminders app plus discipline. Touchbase's edge over that is the assistant suggesting what to say and the reminder timing adapting to how often you actually talk to each person.
